¼ cup red wine vinegar
¼ cup fresh lemon juice
3 tsp sugar
1 ½ tsp seasoned salt
½ tsp dry mustard
1 tsp granulated onion
½ tsp paprika
1 tsp oregano leaves*
½ tsp thyme leaves*
¼ tsp basil leaves*
2 cloves garlic crushed
¾ cup olive oil
½ cup canola oil

Combine all ingredients except oils in a bowl and whisk until sugar is dissolved. Add oil and whisk until combined (emulsified). Refrigerate at least 2 hours. Shake before serving.
*If you don’t have individual jars of these herbs you can substitute oregano, thyme and basil with 2 tsp “Italian Seasonings.”
