Green Olive and Artichoke Heart Salad

This is a really great salad that adds that touch of class to any table. It’s great as a side salad or included on an antipasti tray. The ingredients can be purchased economically at your local GFS (Gordon Food Service) market.

Combine all vegetables, toss. Add Italian Dressing, toss. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving. Can be made the day before.
